Thanks for your message.
Our fastest carrier pigeon, Gerald, is on his way!
I will be in touch soon. Trav.

We’re gonna kick off the 21 days on Monday the 30th of August so try and be ready to make this your official start date.

The reason we start on Monday is to give you time to prepare for the change of diet, as it can be a tough transition for some and it’s gonna take a little preparation.

If you signed up on a Tuesday, you’ve got almost a whole week to go food shopping, start removing some foods, adding other foods and adopting some of those new habits to support you through the program.

If you sign up on a Sunday, you may be scrambling to get organised, but that’s OK too. Doing the best you can is perfectly good.

I encourage you to take the time to watch or just listen to the Detox Webinar as it will give you a deeper understanding of how everything works and why we do it.

It’s 94 minutes long so put aside some time for this or listen to it during your commute.

I know this program is amazing as I’ve gone through this process many times, and I have total faith that it will help you too. But if something comes up and you just feel too bad to go on with it, you don’t have to push through.

Detox symptoms can be subtle or severe depending on the individual, this is why we recommend you do this under the guidance of a professional such as your naturopath or doctor. Detox symptoms can leave you tired, sore, achy and even a little depressed, so proceed with caution.

From what I’ve heard, coffee withdrawal can be hard to deal with!

You may want to back off your training a little if you are feeling flat and let your body rest. This is of great benefit to you.

Other days you will have plenty of energy and feel amazing. These are the days to train harder.

If you don’t have fitness program right now, you can download my 21 Day Men’s Muscle & Metabolism Challenge or Women’s 21 Day Strong & Sexy Challenge for free from HERE.

These programs are designed for beginners to intermediates to help you burn fat, get fitter and stronger, are predominantly body weight based using minimal equipment and you can do them at home.

The program builds in intensity over the 21 days so you don’t start out too sore and you stick with it. There is strength training, cardio workouts, stretching and mobility to loosen up your body and videos to demonstrate everything.

If you are not training right now because of a lack of energy, that’s fine too. Stick with it and once you have the energy, you can add in some walking, tai chi, qi gong or yin yoga, as long as it’s brief and low intensity.

The detox will help you with cutting out junk food and improving your nutrition, so you’re covered there. If you are craving sweet treats, look at the ‘I Quit Sugar’ book series by Sarah Wilson, as she has some delicious, sugar free treats.

Most importantly, go plan something fun to do, something that will bring you a whole lotta joy and hopefully a few laughs. It’ll give you something to look forward to and something to remember during those tough times.

While there are no supplements required, I highly recommend using a medical grade activated charcoal supplement. This stuff is more like an anti-supplement as it binds to the toxins in your body and helps remove them. Speeds up the detox faster, but won’t necessarily increase fat loss speed. It’s more of a health thing.

I source mine through Damian Donoghue at Super Health and you can order it HERE. It will help you in a big way if you have a tired liver and toxic body, but it is absolutely not necessary to the detox. If you take it, make sure you take it away from other supplements or medication by 1.5-2 hours or it will try take that out of your body too. And be sure to start small!
