Heres another short video to show you just how much food you should be eating to lose weight when eating healthy.

I know it sounds wierd, but if you are not getting your calories from drinks, pasta, bread and pre-packaged food, then you have got to increase your fruit and vegetable intake and increase your protein as well.

The meal plans you download when you sign up will tell you the same thing and they work a treat, if you follow them closely.
